If this medication take concurrently with caffeine. sign and symptom overdose of this drug might be happen. It is due cimetidine is a liver enzyme inhibitors. It will delay the drug clearence time in our body. Then less caffeine will be excreted out through our body. headache , palpitation , tachycardia and insomnia might occur. In serious condition , epilepsy might occur and very dangerous since it can lead to death

• Theophylline

This medication is used in coronary disease such as asthma or COPD patient. Side effect of the theophylline and caffeine are the same. If take caffeine concurrenly then synerhistic effect might occur and toxicity might be worsen.

• Mineral Ferrous

Mineral Ferrous is indicated for anemia patient. In Green tea, it contains tannic acid which will lead to chelation when take concurrently with ion ferrous.
