Cigarette can increase the efficacy of the warfarin. Symptom of overdosage can happen if warfarin take together with cigarette. Internal bleeding, uncontrolled bleeding and gastrointestinal bleeding might occurred.

• OCP (Oral Contraceptive Pill)

Research showed that cigarette user who smoked for > 15 cigarettes per day when taking OCP together , is 50% more chances to develop stroke and angina (side effect of OCP)

• Insulin Therapy

Cigarette user advised not to smoke pre and post 2 hour when injecting insulin since cigarette can decrease 10% of absorption of insulin and efficacy relatively drop to 10%.
